What is New in v3.85?

With version 3.85, SmrtGuard is excited to announce its Application Transparency feature. Application Transparency empowers users to better manage their privacy by providing insight into what permissions individual apps are requesting and how this might affect them.

We have four key lists:

1) Apps that have the ability to access your SMS/MMS messages.

2) Apps that have the ability to get or track your location.

3) Apps that have the ability to access your personal information.

4) Apps that have the ability to control your device keys to perform a certain function.

Again, the goal is to educate users to decide if an app is behaving as expected or not. Users are able to delete the app or report the app to SmrtGuard if they deem it suspicious. Please note that this is NOT meant to be a list of malicious apps.
