My backup isn't showing on the web, why is that? (Wifi problem)

The Problem?

On some BlackBerry with WiFi, there is a problem while backing up. After backup, there is nothing on the web showing my data.

Affected Device and OS version

We have customer reporting this problem on 8900 running OS 4.6.1.231 and OS 4.6.1.239

The Work around

This is now fixed with SmrtGuard version 1.75.
