I get "Invalid activation code, please try again", what do I do?
The Problem
When I try to activate SmrtGuard BlackBerry app, I get a message "Invalid activation code, please try again". What can I do to activate?
The WHY?
Mostly likely your BB PIN with the system is entered incorrectly when you registered.
The Fix
1. You can check to see if this is the case using by clicking here.
2. Once on the page, enter your username and password and your BB PIN.
3. If your BB is incorrect, it will update the BBPIN for you and give you instructions on how to activate.
