Help! I can't login!


Question

Help! I'm having trouble logging in! I get the error, "Please enter a valid login and password" or "Your device is not yet activated. Please activate your device first."


Answer

If you forgot your password, you can go here to reset it using our password reset form.

If you have the correct login information, it could be your account is not activated yet. To activate your account please follow these instructions:


1) Go to the SmrtGuard device app main menu

2) If the activation process does not automatically kick off, please continue to Step 3.

3) Click on the BB Menu Key and select the "About SmrtGuard" option

4) Click on the BB menu Key again and select "Reactivate"

5) Follow the activation process.
