My Data section shows I have no SMS but I have SMS..what's going on?

On the SmrtGuard device application, the My Data section shows I have no SMS but I have a lot of SMS. What's going on?

Answer

We noticed this happens when you have another SMS program that is preventing SmrtGuard from capturing your SMS data. But your SMS should still be able to be backed up.
