I forgot my activation code, where can I get it?
The Problem
My network carrier email aka. "Native BlackBerry Email" does not end in blackberry.net or blackbery.com, what can I do?
The Fix
Currently, this is what we support:
1. If you Native BB Email ends in blackberry.com or blackberry.net, you are good to go.
2. If you have an account with with vodafone, tmobile, o2, orange, swisscom, you should be fine as well.
The Fix 2
If you just added your Native Email to your BlackBerry account and device, please do a battery pull to make sure the native email is registered with SmrtGuard device application.
NOTE: If you already have an email address that ends in blackbery.net or blackberry.com but the SmrtGuard Web Dashboard is still telling you saying that you need "Native Email setup", this is what you can do:
1. Log into SmrtGuard.com
2. Click on Account tab
3. In the Device Information section, click on "Switch/Edit device"
4. Update your BlackBerry Native Email there
5. Log out and re-log in.
